The final persuasive essay outline / draft will be graded based on the following criteria:
1. Quality of the essay outline (including the preliminary list of scholarly sources)
2. Essay draft:
– Thesis statement: Thesis statement is clear, concise and presents student’s specific
answer to the research question supported by evidence in the body paragraphs.
– Relevance / quality of argumentation: All the information in the essay (writer’s
arguments and presented evidence) is relevant to the thesis statement. The
argumentation is built on specific evidence from scholarly sources.
– Clarity / cohesiveness / grammar: The paper conveys ideas clearly / coherently
without difficulty to the reader to understand the author’s flow of thought. Grammar
errors are barely present and do not interfere with the reader’s ability to understand the
student’s writing.
– Organization: The paper has an introduction with a thesis statement, clearly divided
body paragraphs with argumentation / necessary supporting evidence and a
conclusion.
– Proper citation in MLA: All in-text citations in MLA format are in place.

the essay question is: How do Russian fairy tales with Ivan the Fool as the protagonist help one to understand
Russian traditional culture?

i want the essay to analyze the novel story given in the first paragraph and discuss how it impacts the Russian culture.
As well as two other online stories related to “Ivan the fool” which shows parts of the Russian culture. I already uploaded the first story, which will also be the first source. i wish for the writer to find another two stories that base “Ivan the fool” and use these stories as sources. i want three sources in total in the essay.

also want to make some very important notes on the essay. I want the essay to have in text citation after each idea taken from the source. and i want the essay to be a 3 body paragraph essay with an introduction and a conclusion.

and in the conclusion i hope the writer adds all the ideas given and state them again. Try as much as you can to make it a persuasive essay but with the emphasis on how Ivan left an impact to the Russian culture.

and i really need it to be between 1700 to 2000 words.
